An initial 2-step diagnostic identifies:

1. Pre-existent innovative ideas portfolio as a baseline focus start for the user centred program development.

2. The “innovation champions” within the organization, actively integrating them in the innovation co-creative process.

Thus leveraging company effort to:

(a) implement user centered innovation programs as a validation process for an innovation portfolio of new products and services;

(b) transferring knowledge, tools and methods into the organization, training-the-trainer, to promote an internal mind-set change towards a new open creative intelligence and co-creative organizational culture.
